When you book an appointment I reserve the time slot exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to enable me to be able to offer the appointment to somebody else. If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel no refunds can be given unless I am able to fill the appointment with somebody on the waiting list. To cancel simply click on the link in your confirmation email.
Need to isolate for covid 19?
If you need to self isolate for covid 19 or are awaiting a Covid test result you can reschedule your appointment with no penalty to an alternate time slot within the next 90 days. Simply email me on email@example.com No refund can be offered though.
HAve a gift voucher?
If you have a gift voucher to use please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your voucher – Voucher number, treatment to be given and expiry date. I will then give you a code to use to book your appointment online. If your voucher has expired because you were unable to come during lockdown I will of course extend it for the length of time I have been shut down to ensure you don’t miss out on using it.
