When you book an appointment I reserve the time slot exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to enable me to be able to offer the appointment to somebody else. If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel no refunds can be given unless I am able to fill the appointment with somebody on the waiting list. To cancel simply click on the link in your confirmation email.
Need to isolate for covid 19?
If you need to self isolate for covid 19 or are awaiting a Covid test result you can reschedule your appointment with no penalty to an alternate time slot within the next 90 days. Simply email me on firstname.lastname@example.org No refund can be offered though.
HAve a gift voucher? email me to book
If you have a gift voucher to use please email me on email@example.com with the details of your voucher – Voucher number, treatment to be given and expiry date. I will then give you a code to use to book your appointment online.
I know a number of people were gifted vouchers that expired whilst we were in lockdown or during the time people needed to shield and they were unfortunately unable to use them on time. Therefore if you have a voucher that expired between 1st January 2020 and 30th June 2021 I will happily extend the expiry date on it for 12 months.
